Prada is allocating capital strategically across its retail network to enhance the customer experience. The company will renovate, relocate, and close select stores to refresh Prada and Miu Miu stores. 2017 was a year of transformation and stabilization around three core strategic pillars of channels, merchandising and communication. To drive excitement and interest, the company opened 36 Prada and Miu Miu pop-ups in 1H2018.
