Max Kahn brings an executive, commercially grounded perspective to the forces reshaping retail, from AI and agentic commerce to store transformation, supply chain flexibility, private label growth and retail media.
Prior to Coresight Research, Max built his career across finance, investment and operating roles, developing a strong foundation in how businesses scale, allocate capital and respond to market shifts. He holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, which underpins his analytical approach to retail strategy and market dynamics.
At Coresight Research, Max works closely with global retailers, brands, technology companies and investors, helping translate market intelligence into practical, decision-ready insights. His perspective is grounded in ongoing research across global retail and technology markets, giving audiences a clear view of what is changing, why it matters and how leaders can respond.
Max is particularly effective with senior audiences looking for clarity in a complex environment. He connects macro shifts with boardroom priorities, helping leadership teams identify where innovation is driving measurable impact and where greater focus or discipline is required.

Albert Chan heads the Greater China office of Coresight Research, supporting global clients in marketing and business development initiatives throughout Greater China.
Albert has worked in Canada, Hong Kong and Macau, across a broad spectrum of verticals including public relations, events management, manufacturing, and luxury goods distribution; working across strategic planning, brand management, internal and external communications and multi-media marketing projects.
Before joining Coresight Research, Albert provided branding, marketing and communications solutions as a consultant to DFS, The Hyatt Group, Fung Group and Hong Kong Trade Development Council.
Albert holds an MBA from the University of Hong Kong.

John Harmon is a technology and equity analyst with more than 20 years' experience in the US, Europe and Asia. John focusses on the IoT, payments, wearables, drones, sensors, beacons and data analytics. He is Head of the US analyst team, and received a BS and an MS in Engineering from Stanford University.
