Executive Summary

This report reviews the most recent quarterly earnings for (mostly) US-based companies in the Coresight 100, our focus list of retailers, brand owners and real estate firms.

• A total of 67 Coresight 100 retailers, brands, e-commerce platforms and REITs are included in this 1Q19 wrap-up.
• Nearly two-thirds (60% or 40 companies) beat consensus estimates on the revenue line, 34% (23 companies) missed revenue consensus estimates and 6% (four companies) reported revenues in line with the consensus. 
• More than three-quarters (76% or 51 companies) beat consensus earnings estimates (EPS and FFO), 19% (13 companies) missed earnings estimates and 5% (three companies) reported earnings in line with consensus estimates.
