Highlights from our June Retail Traffic report: On a year-over-year basis in June, total retail sales increased by 6.4%, according to the US Census Bureau .Retail sales increased by 0.3% month over month in June on a seasonally adjusted basis. Changes in store-based sales and traffic remained negative in June, while conversion rates and average transaction values were positive and return rates were flat, according to RetailNext.
