The Coresight Research team attended and presented at ICSC’s Research Connections conference, held on October 27–29 in Miami Beach, Florida. We detail key insights from the three-day conference:

  • By 2030, more services are expected to be offered in shopping centers, and there will be heightened consumer expectations for goods/products with experiences.
