The Coresight Research US Housing Market Indicators series analyzes the current housing market landscape in the US, based on a range of metrics. We identify the factors influencing the industry and resulting in changes in supply and demand with inputs for the retail sector. This report analyzes the latest data available as of the end of December 2023.

Moving forward, we will no longer publish our US Housing Market Indicators series. However, we will include key housing metrics in our monthly Leading Indicators of US Retail Sales series, which tracks several major macroeconomic indicators and their likely effect on US retail sales.
