DESCRIPTION:To brace for headwinds, including high inflation and interest rates, Coresight Research’s RESET framework calls for brands and retailers globally to be: responsive, engaging, socially responsible, expansive and tech-enabled. In this session, we will dive into two themes: engaging and socially responsible. We are seeing brands and retailers investing into virtual try-on, virtual stores, virtual fashion shows etc., which proved to be effective methods that drive customer conversion and satisfaction.
