Coresight Events, Open for Business

About Diane Randolph
Diane Randolph was named Chief Information Officer of Ulta in September 2014. Prior to joining Ulta Beauty, she was Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Reitmans (Canada) Limited, Canada’s largest specialty apparel retailer with nearly 900 stores. From 2005 to 2007, Diane served as Director, Merchandise Business Process at Reitmans. From 2003 to 2004, Diane served as an independent consultant for a number of retailers, providing strategic and tactical counsel on initiatives ranging from new concept start-up to warehouse implementation. Previously, she spent 25 years in roles of increasing responsibility at NSB/STS Systems (now Epicor), a leading supplier of retail software and professional services. Her roles at NSB/STS Systems included Vice President of Software Development.
About JoAnn Martin
JoAnn Martin brings 20+ years of retail, merchandising and supply chain expertise to Blue Yonder as vice president, retail industry strategy. In this role, she counsels global retailers on industry-leading best practices and technology advancements and collaborates with Blue Yonder’s product development and innovation teams to align on addressing the challenges of today’s retailers.
Prior to Blue yonder,, JoAnn was senior leader at the Luxottica Group but spent most of her career at Designer Shoe Warehouse (DSW), where she was vice president of planning and merchandise operations. She has deep expertise in softlines and Blue Yonder solutions in that vertical. JoAnn’s has led many transformative system implementations throughout her career. Her expertise covers retail strategy, omni-channel, digital commerce, merchandise financial planning, assortment planning and change management.
JoAnn is a graduate of Miami University, where she received her Bachelors of Arts degree in Finance and Marketing.
